As first albums go, this one isn't a bummer, but it isn't a stunner either. It contains the band's debut album plus a lot of bonus tracks. But you're better off getting the "Lost in My Dream" 2 CD anthology of Spooky Tooth instead. I bought this CD because I am something of a "completist". But I like it because it contains both the LP and single versions of "Sunshine Help Me", my favorite Spooky Tooth song/5(19). It's All About is the debut album of British band Spooky Tooth. The album was originally released in England by Island Records. In West Germany the record was released by Fontana. The American version of the album, entitled Spooky Tooth, was originally released on Bell in It's All About [Aka: Tobacco Road] is a music studio album recording by SPOOKY TOOTH (Proto-Prog/Progressive Rock) released in on cd, lp / vinyl and/or cassette/5(1). This full-length debut from British blues-rockers Spooky Tooth has a tone similar to Traffic with its psychedelic take on the influential pop and soul music of the '60s. A few cover tunes including Janis Ian 's "Society's Child" and the Nashville Teens ' "Tobacco Road" are included, but original songs like the soulful ballad "It Hurts You So" and "Bubbles" (with its Beach Boys sensibility) are the real standouts.
